KHALIFA TOWER

The tallest structure and building in the world

Khalifa Tower is a skyscraper in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. With a total height of 829.8 m

Construction of the Burj Khalifa began in 2004, with the exterior completed five years later in 2009. The primary structure is reinforced concrete and some of the structural steel for the building. The building was opened in 2010 as part of a new development called Downtown Dubai. It was designed to be the centerpiece of large-scale, mixed-use development. 

SHMAKHA PROJECT

Abu Dhabi’s Aldar Properties has launched a Dh2 billion ($544 million) residential villa project called Fay Alreeman

As the company seeks to cater to growing property demand in the emirate. The new project, in Al Shamkha area, marks the second phase of the Alreeman II development. It consists of 554 villas

Handovers are expected in the final quarter of 2025

SHAH GAZ DEVELOPMENT

The Shah gas field is a UAE natural gas field that was discovered in 1967

It began production in 2014 and produces natural gas and condensates. The total proven reserves of the Shah gas field are around 17 trillion cubic feet and production is slated to be around 1 billion cubic feet/day

The Shah Gas Development project was developed to gather and process very sour gas. The plant design included some of the world's largest amine treating and sulfur recovery units.

ETIHAD RAIL - ABU DHABI

Etihad Rail will be the first national freight and passenger railway network connecting the seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The new railway project is expected to be a sustainable and efficient alternative for transportation of freight and passengers throughout urban and rural areas of the Emirate. It is expected to serve about 16 million passengers and 50 million tonnes of freight.

 

SAADYIAT PROJECT

Saadiyat Island is an example of next generation smart-growth planning in the Middle East

The island will be home to 160,000 residents and a working population of more than 220,000.

The highlight of the development is a cultural district that will be the focus for artistic exchange and creative expression for the whole region. The district includes cultural venues designed by some of the world’s most celebrated contemporary architects

WATER FRONT - RAS ALKHAIMA

It is a blend of leisure and entertainment fully integrating the demands of families and individuals

 And will feature international five-star and four-star resorts, serviced apartments, a shopping mall, beautiful beach and waterfront apartments, villas and townhouses with a private beach clubhouse, and along the beach there will be al fresco dining and entertainment venues.

ATLANTIS
HOTEL

Atlantis, The Palm is a five-star ocean-themed resort hotel on the apex of the man-made Palm Island’s crescent, Dubai, UAE.

The building was the first to be built on the island and is based around the myth of Atlantis, as depicted in the works of Plato. The main building has two central towers, referred to as East and West, joined together by the Royal Bridge Suite.

AZIZI PROJECT - MAYDAN

Azizi Riviera embrace the new Riviera lifestyle Positioned in the prestigious Meydan One project

Azizi Riviera is set within a multiphase development of 71 buildings spread across four phases comprising 13 regions, a mega integrated retail district, luxury four- and five-star hotels and lush greenery.

HIDD - ABU DHABI

HIDD Al Saadiyat is located on the eastern end of Saadiyat Island and boasts many amenities and luxuries

The community is full of elegant villas that come in eight different variations. Residents of HIDD Al Saadiyat have easy access to schools, hospitals, parks, supermarkets, malls, beaches and resorts.

NORTH EAST BAB - ABU DHABI

The national Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Operations (ADCO) is making significant progress in the North East Bab field

The North East Bab (NEB) field is located 31 kilometres south west of Abu Dhabi City in the United Arab Emirates and covers 1,400 square kilometres.

SHAH GAS DEVELOPMENT - ABU DHABI

The Shah Gas Development project was developed to gather and process very sour gas

The plant design included some of the world's largest amine treating and sulfur recovery units.

The infrastructure project is important to the Abu Dhabi energy sector and its “Economic Vision 2030.” SGD facilities were designed to process about 1 billion standard cubic feet per day (SCFD) of well fluid containing 23 percent hydrogen sulfide and 10 percent carbon dioxide.

In Old Cairo neighborhood, the Ain el-Sira historic area that once had been a slum area, was turned into an attractive hub with various services, thanks to a comprehensive developmental project that took place there.

BASHAYER ALKHAIR PROJECT – EYGPY

The cultural project «Bashayer Al-Khair 2» consists of 37 buildings with a total of 1869 housing units fully supplied with facilities, furniture, and all preparations, providing a decent life for about 10 thousand citizens.

THE ELECTRICITY AUTHORITY OF CYPRUS

THE ELECTRICITY AUTHORITY OF CYPRUS (EAC)

The 28 private electricity companies of the time were nationalized and absorbed into the EAC. The EAC currently holds a near monopoly on electricity generation in Cyprus. It operates through three power stations with a total capacity of 1460 MW.
