Cold Shrink Technology & Material:
Cold Shrink technology is widely used and accepted one. Cold Shrink is easier and quicker to install, making it ideal for installations in tight space.
Cold shrink termination and joint do not require any heating source which make it safer and ease of installation specially in Oil & gas, chemical industries etc.
Because of Cold shrink technology, Riyadh cables group testing 100% of termination and jointing stress control body for all voltage range which is not possible with Heat Shrink technology.
Riyadh cables group is a first Saudi company who producing silicone rubber power accessories which give a better performance. Silicone’s (LSR) excellent mechanical and dielectric properties made it the preferred material to make power cable accessories.
Silicone (LSR) already proven electrical insulation properties to use up to 550kV in HVAC system.
Silicone rubber accessories come with a high electrical insulation, anti-tracking and better corona properties. High elasticity properties of silicone make it stand out and provide optimal flexibility which ensures the easy installation and covering a wider range while maintaining their dielectric properties at same time.
